This week, with support for the Army National Guard, Cadets worked with M4’s, M249’s, and SINCGARS radios to practice equipment familiarization.

Huge thanks to the Guard soldiers who supported our training and gave us the opportunity to learn from this experience!

This morning, our Cadets completed a stair workout in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11th, 2001, and in honor of the first responders, service members, and countless others whose lives were forever changed that day.

Before beginning the workout, Chaplain Nguyen joined us to share a few words of reflection and remembrance.

Twenty-five years later, we remember their courage, sacrifice, and service.

Never forgotten.

This week, our Cadets rotated through hands-on TCCC training focused on care under fire, casualty assessment, 9-line MEDEVAC, procedures, and other lifesaving skills

Each station gave Cadets the chance to learn from one another, practice under pressure, and build confidence in skills that matter when seconds count.

📸SENIOR SPOTLIGHT✨ — 🪖CDT ERIC RODRIGUEZ

CDT Rodriguez is our one and only MSIV. His major is Criminal Justice and is finishing his final internship to receive his Bachelor’s Degree next week! CDT Rodriguez loves to watch films, workout, and hangout with his friends. He loves to strategically watch movies and decipher each one before any of his friends can.

☀️FAVORITE MEMORY: Fall 2025 FTX, where he cherished the moments with his battle buddies despite the downpour of rain that imposed MCAS Miramar all three days.

📝ADVICE: Uncertainty at the beginning is normal. Continue to show up, stayed disciplined, and persevere - it all leads to growth.

🎓POST COMMISSION: Ensure readiness for BOLC - physically and mentally.
