ALEC just finished ranking the states according to economic performance and economic outlook. This chart represents economic outlook. Colorado is the 2nd least stinkiest blue state and we come in at a whopping 29th.

We'd be worse but we only started rigging elections in 2020, after ramping up the previous six years when we passed our crooked election system. Give us time and we'll be right there at the bottom with New York and California.

What I thought was especially interesting is Colorado finished behind Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Louisiana, states leftists like to dump all over, claiming blue states subsidize red states.

For reference, I put a red dot next to states Trump won and a blue dot next to states Harris won.

We completely agree... We would add that a companion ballot issue, Prop 136, cements a 4% flat tax into Colorado Constitution. The flat tax is protected by TABOR, a graduated income tax is not. Vote YES on Prop 136 and NO on both Prop NN and Amendment 87. See where we stand on other ballot issues.

This goes back to the long-running conflict that began with the Mindy Masias hush-money scandal, the proposed $2.7 million contract approved by all seven Colorado Supreme Court justices and later cancelled after Gregory began investigating.

Gregory says his efforts to expose judicial misconduct (including the private censure of Judge Leroy Kirby) triggered retaliation from the Judicial Department and the Attorney General’s Office.

This new filing marks a significant escalation in an already serious dispute over transparency and accountability inside Colorado’s judicial system.
