YCT Announce William Dominguez as new State Chair | Young Conservatives of Texas Today, Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) is proud to announce the unanimous selection of William Dominguez as the 25th Chairman of the State Board of YCT. William hails from the small town of Kaufman, Texas, and studied Accounting at Texas Tech University.
