ReStore Manager in Longview, TX
Full-Time | Salaried Exempt | $53,000
We're looking for a community leader—not just a retail manager.
The ReStore Manager's primary responsibilities are building community relationships, securing donated merchandise, and recruiting, developing, and leading an outstanding team. If your strengths are connecting with people, building partnerships, coaching employees, and representing an organization in the community, we want to meet you.
Retail operations, budgeting, reporting, and administration are important parts of the job, but people leadership and relationship building are what make someone successful in this role.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading and supervising employees.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience developing business or community partnerships.
- A passion for serving the community and Habitat's mission.
