✅ FIND IT - Locate your immunization record.

✅ CHECK IT - See when you last received your vaccines.

✅ ASK IT - Ask your healthcare provider, “Am I up to date?”

Depending on your destination, you may need certain vaccines or additional doses before traveling.

Before your trip:

📍 Check your destination’s health recommendations.
📋 Review your vaccination history.
💉 Ask your healthcare provider whether you need any vaccines.
⏰ Give yourself enough time- some vaccines need to be given before travel to provide protection.

Immunization is about more than getting a shot, it’s about protecting ourselves, our families, and our communities from serious vaccine-preventable diseases. Every age group has vaccines that help provide protection throughout life. ❤️

Immunization is an important part of staying healthy throughout life. Vaccine recommendations can change as we get older, our health changes, or our risk of certain diseases changes.

👵 Older adults

The vaccines you need at 4 years old may not be the same ones you need at 40 or 65.
