Jury Duty begins at 8:30 a.m. Please report to the 4th Floor of the Gregg County Courthouse and the 188th District Court no later than 8:15 a.m. so we can get you checked in properly. The doors of the Courthouse will open at 7:55 a.m.

Make sure you open your summons to check for possible exemptions or disqualifications. If you have an exemption or a disqualification, you can circle the one that applies to you and mail it in.

Inside the summons you will also find a QR code and a website that has detailed information concerning parking. The new parking facility is open and available for parking. There is no charge. The entrance is located on Center St. and is best accessed from Tyler St. Handicap parking is available on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels.
