Winning on the screen. Building skills behind the scenes. 🏆🎮
Lobo Gaming earned top finishes on BOTH days of the Region 7 Esports Tournament!
🥇 Longview High School took first place Oct. 20! Congratulations to Cohen Hardison, Hiram Aguirre and Silas Gilbert.
🥈 Judson STEAM Academy earned second place Oct. 21! Congratulations to Joseph Galvan, John Lewis, Elijah Cawich and Brody Ross.
And our students weren’t just competing. They were behind the cameras and covering the action through social media, photography and videography throughout both days. 📸
That’s the connection to our Magnet Schools Assistance Program (MSAP): turning student interests into opportunities to learn, create and explore future careers.
Our Gaming Science and Digital Media pathway brings that approach to life through hands-on learning in gaming and media production.
From the players to the student creators, there’s more than a game happening here. Congratulations, Lobos! 💚
