The MHARS Board of Lorain County is proud to be part of the Homeless Task Force of Lorain County and participate in today’s Homeless Stand Down at Sacred Heart Chapel in Lorain.

The event brought together local service providers to connect people in need with essential resources, including housing assistance, flu shots, dental information, legal services, veterans’ services, free haircuts and manicures, warm clothing, personal care items, backpacks and more. A free lunch was also provided.

It was a great example of our community coming together to help those who need it most.

So many willing hands, making a difference for so many in need in Lorain County.
