These last couple of weeks have been fun putting up signs and going door to door talking to everyone. I know it’s impossible to go to every door but I sure am going to try. If you would like to have a sign please send me a message and an address and I will gladly bring you one. The election is August 4th. There are 5 running for south end constable, you can vote for 3. Had a great morning at the car show in Loretto. I stopped by Sarah C boutique for some good fellowship and food. I was happy to run into Blake Barnett who is running for re-election.

Tennessee Fire Mutual Aid Request Update:

A Tanker from South East Fire Department staffed by myself and Cody Johns and a Tanker from Giles County Fire Department arrived in Sevier County at the apparatus staging area at approximately 3:45 AM on wensday morning and we went through the check in process and was assigned to a team that was actively operating on the fire. At the time of our arrival we were advised that the fire had grown to 2,000 acres. We fought fires around the clock till Thursday night at 10:00pm . We are gona get some sleep and get back at it tomorrow . Pray for all the residents that have suffered losses and all the first responders. Thank you and God Bless each and everyone of y’all .

It’s been a busy, but a wonderful day. Lawrence County, TN is definitely God’s country. I went from the meat shoot at American Legion, Post 146 to the fish fry at the Crossroads Volunteer fire dept and then the retirement party for Larry Glass. Larry has given 40 years of service to this community and Lawrence county, he has always been a pleasure to work around and has gone the extra mile. Then my family and I enjoyed supper tonight at the Loretto civic center hosted by Loretto Lions Club. The hamburger steak was awesome and so was the fellowship. God Bless each and everyone of you and I humbly ask each and everyone of you to vote for me August 4, 2022.

Busy night tonite but had a awesome time !! Went to the wild game supper at Gum Springs Baptist church, then the NRA banquet at rotary park in Lawrenceburg .
