MEET OUR OFFICERS: Hi everyone!
My name is Jennifer Carrillo, and I'm a Legislative Research Committee Member for CSULA's Lobby Days Caucus. Currently, I am a 2nd year MSW Student and will be graduating this May.
Upon graduation, I hope to become an LAUSD Pupil Services & Attendance Counselor and, within a few years, run for LAUSD Board Member District 5.
A fun fact about myself: I'm a huge Cardi B fan.
I decided to join LDC and register for the NASW Lobby Days 2021 because, as a social worker, it's essential for me to collaborate and implement clinical and policy into my advocacy work.

Hello everyone!🤗
I’m Emma Reh, the Vice President of Cal State LA’s Lobby Days Caucus. I transferred to CSULA in 2019, and I will be graduating this Spring with my Bachelors in Social Work. I have been involved with the LDC since 2019, and I am consistently inspired by the work of the faculty, staff, and students in our community. Since social justice will always be prevalent to us and our clients, we are thrilled to educate students on the power their voice has!
Upon graduating, I hope to return to Washington State and apply for both the JD and MSW programs at UW. Afterwards, it is my dream to partner with community organizers as their legal advocate, as well as lobby for and draft legislation that promotes social justice for all.
A fun fact about me is that, like many others, I became a plant mom this quarantine! 🤗🪴
I will be attending Lobby Days this year in order to continue developing my skills to be a more effective leader, as well as to speak with my local legislator!

Hi everyone! Make sure to print out, fill out and turn in your Liability Form before Friday March 6th at ST 816 on the 8th floor! This form is a MUST in order to come to Lobby Days April 19-20th whether you need bus/hotel accommodations. You can stop by M-Th 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm. If you have any concerns/questions email us!
