My name is Anthony Sizemore,
I served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 1/2 Years. Deployed 4 times overseas. Served in Fast Company Alpha out of Norfolk VA, 2nd Battalion 7th Marines, and 3rd Battalion 4th Marines out of Twentynine Palms CA.
Being in the military, especially the infantry, you have to be in shape. To be physically and mentally ready for anything that you face. The gym is a place where stress can melt away.
