Encouraged by the election of Trump and his strong talk so far. I hope he can keep this up and meet most of the exceptions of those in favor of prosperity, opportunity, law and order and a strong America. It will take lot's of support from we the people if we are to resist those that oppose these goals.

ALERT!!! CALIFORNIA VOTERS!!! There is certainly concern that there may have been an organized effort to re-register people out of their party and into the DTS/NPP category. There is also an indication that many re-registrations from DTS/NPP to a party were not recorded. We need those people to report to The Election Integrity Project so we know how big the problem is.

The bigger problem here is that each county is interpreting the rules differently. Some are issuing provisional ballots to those who want to vote the ballot of a party to which they are not entitled based on their party of record (correct procedure—see next paragraph). Others are denying that right, saying that voters have to vote with their party of registration or not at all. In one county the poll workers did not understand that the provisional ballot is a regular ballot in an envelope, and are therefore telling voters that they "do not have any provisional Republican ballots”. It is the lack of consistency throughout the state that indicts the SOS office for not doing its job.

The official definition of a provisional voter is someone whose eligibility to vote cannot be readily determined at the precinct. That definition clearly includes people whose party of registration on the sign-in roster differs from what they think it should be. (And it is possibly a clerical error—they could be registered differently on the official rolls, so they need the opportunity to vote as they wish.)
