Winter Sunrise, Los Angeles.

I’ve been driving through the Balkans for the past week. Easy Peasy until I approached Tirana, Albania. Think chunky soup funneled into mason jar. Worst drivers ever (and I’ve driven in a lot of countries).
FUN FACT: until the country’s 1992 liberation from their “Hermit” status (they gave up on the Soviet’s in the 60’s, not communist enough!) there were NO private cars and no driver licenses either. Today, regardless of economic status, Mercedes Benz ownership is the highest ratio in the world and they’re still working on the license thing.
