Located 7 miles southwest of downtown Los Angeles, the West Adams-Baldwin Hills-Leimert Community Plan encompasses over 13 square miles of land area and includes many neighborhoods important to the diverse cultural tapestry that is Los Angeles.

At their meeting on June 7, 2016, the City Council PLUM Committee reviewed the New Community Plan and continued the item to allow further City Planning Commission (CPC) review of several requested modifications. Today, please join us at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center for the Open House and Public Hearing for the West Adams New Community Plan. The Open House begins at 5pm and the Public Hearing starts at 7pm. Staff will be available to answer questions and to receive comments on the plan. Refreshments will be provided.
