West Adams Los Angeles New Community Plan

Located 7 miles southwest of downtown Los Angeles, the West Adams-Baldwin Hills-Leimert Community Plan encompasses over 13 square miles of land area and includes many neighborhoods important to the diverse cultural tapestry that is Los Angeles.

At their meeting on June 7, 2016, the City Council PLUM Committee reviewed the New Community Plan and continued the item to allow further City Planning Commission (CPC) review of several requested modifications.
