According to the USC State of the American Veteran Study, behavioral health challenges and substance use remain significant concerns for veterans in Southern California, often compounded by barriers such as stigma and limited awareness of available resources.
That’s why this week, we’re spotlighting trusted, veteran-centered services across Los Angeles County that provide compassionate, trauma-informed care—from peer support and counseling to recovery programs and crisis services.
