One year after our last update from of the , exterior finishes are now taking shape at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion, an expansion of the historic Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Located in the Wilshire Center District of Ktown at the northwest corner of Wilshire and Harvard Boulevards, the three-story steel-frame building will include a chapel, a ballroom, meeting rooms, performance spaces, and a rooftop garden. Rem Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu of OMA are designing the 55,000-square-foot building, which is the firm's first Los Angeles-area project. Learn more at Urbanize LA.

Developers Hankey Capital and Jamison Services, Inc. are putting the finishing touches on Kurve on Wilshire. The 25-story tower, located at the southwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Hoover Street in the Wilshire Center District of Ktown, will feature a total of 644 studio, one, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with parking for 1,100 vehicles and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.
