A young cannabis startup is looking for a Data Engineer!

We are looking for a strong analytical person with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will need to have an END to END type of approach as you will initiate this project on your own and be the first member of Eybna's Data team.
Responsibilities:
• Database programming from company’s research and literature data
• Creating novel computational approaches and analytical tools as required by product
development goals
• Develop database schema from scratch
• Integrate the company's data sources and ingest the data into schema
• Plan and coordinate development activities to ensure timely completion
• Work closely with product and R&D teams.
Qualifications:
• B.S. in bioinformatics or data engineering
• Background in Biology - preferred
• 3 Years Experience in developing software
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern biology and applicable field of research
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL, Python, R
• Experience with ETL/Data Management tools
• Ability to deal with people at all organizational levels
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
• English and Hebrew - High Level
