🚨 Hazardous Air Quality Alert 🚨

Millions of Los Angeles County residents are experiencing extremely hazardous air quality as wildfires continue to burn across Southern California. On Wednesday, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Los Angeles reached 178, which is considered unhealthy for anyone who is active outdoors. An Air Quality alert is in effect through 5pm today and may be extended.

To protect your health during these conditions:
💨 Limit outdoor activities, especially strenuous ones.
😷 Wear an N95 mask if you must go outside.
🏠 Keep windows and doors closed; run an air purifier if possible.
💧 Stay hydrated to help your body cope with the stress of poor air quality.
🤧 If you have a respiratory condition like asthma, follow your treatment plan and contact your healthcare provider if symptoms worsen.
