Tuthill Family Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) California non-profit public benefit corporation that owns and operates over 150 apartment rental units in the Mid-Wilshire and Koreatown areas of the city of Los Angeles. Our mission is to ensure access to quality affordable rental housing in an area with a rapidly increasing cost of living, as well as to provide college scholarships to bright and ambitious students from low-income families.
