Hey ACS!

Join the American Constitution Society TOMORROW Wednesday, March 1st, from 1-2pm in Room 130 for lunch and a discussion about how to use the law to hold the current administration accountable for Constitutional violations. We will be joined by Randol Schoenberg, Holocaust attorney, lecturer in Art and Cultural Property Law at USC, President of the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust, and a 1991 Gould graduate.

You may recognize Mr. Schoenberg's name because of the lawsuit he brought in 2006 against the Austrian government to reclaim "The Woman in Gold," which had been stolen from Austrian-Jewish art collectors by the N***s during WWII.

More recently, Mr. Schoenberg and his team of lawyers filed a FOIA request to publicize FBI Director, James Comey’s unconstitutional warrant, attempting to reopen the closed investigation into Hilary Clinton just weeks before the election. He used the released warrant to bring a lawsuit against Comey following the election for what is now referred to as the "Comey Effect."

We will discuss this and more ways to respond to the current administration as progressive lawyers and community members at our catered lunchtime meeting.

Please RSVP here to let me know that you're coming! http://thecomeyeffect.app.rsvpify.com/
