🔬🔎 U.S.FDA จัดทำโครงการประเมินความปลอดภัยด้านสารเคมีในอาหารที่อยู่ในท้องตลาด พร้อมทบทวนสาร BHT และสาร ADA

🔹 เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 องค์การอาหารและยาของสหรัฐฯ (U.S. Food and Drug Administration: U.S.FDA) กำลังเดินหน้านโยบายด้านอาหารเชิงรุกในมาตรการสำคัญ 2 มาตรการ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นความปลอดภัยของสารเคมีในอาหาร ได้แก่ 1) การจัดทำการประเมินความปลอดภัยของสารเคมีในอาหารหลังออกสู่ตลาดเชิงรุกฉบับสมบูรณ์ และ 2) การเริ่มต้นทบทวนความปลอดภัยของสาร Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) และสาร Azodicarbonamide (ADA) ที่เป็นวัตถุเจือปนอาหารและใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายกับอาหารหลากหลายประเภท

🐛🍃 Deputy Minister Piyarat Promoting Economic Insect Product Quality to Global Markets, Enhancing Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Production

🐝 Ms. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Ministers of Agriculture and Cooperatives, attended the economic insect production and marketing networking and promotion event which was held in celebration of World Bee Day 2026 under the theme “Bee Together for People and the Planet: A Partnership That Sustains Us All.” The event took place between May 18 – 24, 2026 at NEXTOPIA, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon, Bangkok.

🌷 The deputy minister revealed after the visit that the event aims to connect production and marketing networks for economic insects while promoting insect-based products. World Bee Day provides an important opportunity to raise awareness of the vital role of bees and other pollinators in supporting agricultural systems and environment. The initiative is aligned with the policy of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), which designated May 20 as World Bee Day. The event also supports the Department of Agricultural Extension’s policy of promoting environmentally friendly agricultural production, encouraging the sustainable economic insect production, and strengthening production networks to high-quality markets.

Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, revealed that on 20 May 2026, representatives of the SME Thai, led by Dr. Noppong Teeravorn, President of the SME Thai, paid a visit to discuss strategies for promoting and strengthening agricultural SMEs. Discussions focused on advancing agro-processing, adding value to agricultural products, and enhancing market access and expansion both domestically and internationally to generate sustainable income for Thai farmers and entrepreneurs.

⚖️🔖 ศาลการค้าสหรัฐฯ ตัดสินมาตรการภาษี 10% ของทรัมป์ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย มีผลเฉพาะ 2 บริษัทและมลรัฐวอชิงตัน

เมื่อวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569 ศาลการค้าระหว่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา (U.S. Court of International Trade: USCIT) มีมติ 2 ต่อ 1 ตัดสินว่ามาตรการของประธานาธิบดีโดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ ที่กำหนดจัดเก็บภาษีนำเข้าในอัตราร้อยละ 10 สำหรับสินค้านำเข้าจากทั่วโลก โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามมาตรา 122 (Section 122) แห่งกฎหมายการค้า Trade Act of 1974 นั้น ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ มาตรการดังกล่าวเริ่มมีผลบังคับใช้เมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ภายหลังจากที่ศาลสูงสุดสหรัฐฯ (The U.S. Supreme Court) มีคำพิพากษาว่ามาตรการภาษีนำเข้าของทรัมป์ภายใต้อำนาจฉุกเฉินตามกฎหมายอำนาจฉุกเฉินทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศ (International Emergency Economic Powers Act: IEEPA) เป็นการใช้อำนาจเกินขอบเขต ซึ่งมีการบังคับใช้ในช่วงเดือนเมษายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ทั้งนี้ รัฐบาลทรัมป์ได้ยื่นอุทธรณ์ต่อคำพิพากษาดังกล่าวแล้ว
