Cork & Batter). Don’t forget to wear your favorite football team jersey! This year, all the donations go to the LADA Holiday Giving Drive so please bring a new, unwrapped toy or book for child victim, or child who has lost a parent to violence, who are particularly vulnerable this time of year. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office will soon be hiring for the positions of Deputy District Attorney (DDA) I and II. The salary range for a DDA I is $79,107.36 - $106,604.88 Annually. The filing period for the DDA I Exam will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST on Friday, November 7, 2025, and will remain open until the needs of the Office are met. Applicants must provide proof of California Bar Card or letter from the California State Bar Association that candidate has achieved a passing score on the California Bar Examination AND met all requirements for admissions to practice law at the time of filing. Please note that this exam is subject to closure without notice. The salary range for a DDA II is $107,652.00 - $161,700.00 Annually. The filing period for the DDA II Exam will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST on Monday, October 27, 2025, and will remain open until the needs of the Office are met.. Applicants must have two years of criminal trial experience as a full-time trial attorney in a public agency to be eligible for this position. Please note that this exam is subject to closure without notice.
