I did my first frontside shallow-end grind at this pool. I slashed the Jet Inn Motel pool shallow end back in 2005, but that was a modified shallow, so it doesn’t count. I was stoked on this one!

This pool. Pandemic or not, the neighbors always called the cops or came in bitching about it. Straight-up lame. We still got some runs in, though.

A pool from six years ago on this day. Those were hard days to skate backyard pools, when everyone was hiding at home, on edge, and ready to narc on anyone breaking the new rules of “Stay at Home” in The 818

Checking out the new San Juan Capistrano Skatepark skatepark today. Super fun bowl. The whole park is smooth and fun.
