This is permanently attached to the twenty-foot diameter reinforced triple thick vinyl balloon. The balloon is filled with helium, a stable non-flammable inert gas, and the seams are sonically welded so they are as strong or stronger than the fabric itself. The balloon does not expand when it fills. Like a hot air balloon it simply fills to capacity, so it cannot pop.
