On Oct 20, Tibetan communityin Southern California celebrated anniversary of Congressional Gold Medal with Potluck gathering at West Covina land of Compassion Buddha Center with prayer session in the morning followed by songs, dances and Gorshay.

Thank you to all those who took out the time to come celebrate together. For those who could not make it to this event, we hope to see you at our next event - Nobel Peace Prize Anniversary Celebration!

The new movie The Wisdoms of Happiness, produced by acclaimed actor Richard Gere and filmmaker Oren Moverman, will premiere on October 20, 2024, in Woodstock, New York. Both Gere and Moverman are encouraging a large turnout for the film’s debut, aiming to share its message with as many people as possible.
