Health is wealth

In order to understand the phrase health is wealth we must put some thought on the individual meaning and importance of both words. What is health? According to dictionary a word to word meaning of health is fitness of body or mind and freedom from disease or ailment. It can be body fitness, mental fitness. According to World Health Organisation (WHO), health is physical, mental and social well-being and not only the absence of disease. I agree; in my point of view, along with body and mind fitness an appropriate environmental fitness is also a crucial part of health. As u may have heard many times that healthy environment is necessary in every aspect of life. Before prolonging the discussion on phrase health is wealth, I would like to shed light on the phrase wealth also.

What is wealth? In the same dictionary the meaning is stated as “a great quantity of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches.”It’s true that wealth matters, and that is why mankind has always struggled to find money and riches. And why not it makes and unmakes human.

Health is wealth;because without it no one would be able to work productively and therefore, there would be petite chances and opportunities for earning and making money. To generate income, one has to work and that cannot be done if he or she is ill and is incompetent to do physical activities.
So health is very necessary for generating wealth and thus it is said that Health is wealth. Parents must teach this need in children from an early age. Control in food habits, daily exercise, and work-life balance can make a difference to our health.Eventually I would close it and say that good health should be one of the most important priorities in our life so to get rich never endanger your health because in truth" HEALTH is the WEALTH of all WEALTH"

You are a true woman, a role model for me. Your femininity, understanding, care have no end. Anybody can confide in you and you’ll always cheer up. Happy birthday to you, my dear! Many many years of happiness are ahead of you!

HEALTH and Fitness Many people do not realize, and often underestimate, the importance of good health. Health, as they say, is wealth. Good health is necessary to carry out daily tasks. When discussing healthy, many people would consider the condition of their bodies and forget about the condition of their minds. However, health is not only about alleviating and being free from physical aspects of health. It also means being healthy in mind too.
An unhealthy mind results in an unhealthy body. Good mental health helps you to make the most of life and enjoy it. Good mental health offers you a feeling of well-being and the inner strength needed in times of trouble or unrest. Everyone knows how to care for their bodies. This is done almost every day by the majority of people. Exercise and eating the proper foods are the best ways of keeping the body healthy. But, how does one keep the mind healthy? A healthy mind requires a lot of work, as well as, a combination of the right foods and exercise.
For the past 12 years every december, grace mission international has taken it upon itself to reach our to the african communinities and promote healthy living among the needy members of the society.
