DCBA, what were you like in the 90s & 2000s? We were still known as DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs)!

In the 90s, we helped our community, especially Antelope Valley with extensive real estate scams and provided mediation services for the community.

In the 2000s, we were awarded Agency of the Year by National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators for enhancing existing programs, creating new initiatives, and responding to the needs of 10 million consumers!

Stay tuned for next month's to the 2010s!
