As creatures of this Earth, we are bound to the axioms of the forces of nature.

Today, as the next few days, mark the end of Harvest. Which should shed light on how far we as a people have come.

Today should be a day of reflection, retrospection, and introspection.

Remember those who came before you who contributed to who you are today.

Yes, today's theme is death. So bring your self-doubt to its funeral.

The new you begins with letting go.

Let go of that which weighs you down.

If our ancestors managed to survive how they did, when they did - it was to bring YOU to this moment.

Make them proud.

Personally, I am glad I read this. Sometimes all you need are some words to motivate you...

Never let your opponent break your concentration:

You, yourself can sometimes be your own opponent.

Focus. Keep your eye on the prize.

Prepare yourself - and don't be surprised for what you prepared yourself for.

What matters most is not how many times you fell, but rather, how many times you got back up.

Try your best, so long as it is better than what you once were: it's an Improvement. A personal best, is still a win.
