Organized in 1999 STOMP has existed as the premiere space for UCLA transfer students and transfer admission advocates to create opportunities for UC transfer admission to remain a viable option for underrepresented CA community college students. The collaborative spirit of STOMP remains today, and as been responsible for creating amazing programs for prospective transfer students. Our programs have included: Bruin Buddy Days, California Community College Transfer Recruitment, High School to Community College programs, and our staple program: the annual STOMP Conference for Transfer Students. Currently, STOMP offers STOMP Transfer Sessions and Bruin Buddy Days in the fall quarter, UCLA Transfer Tours in the winter quarter, and the STOMP Conference for Transfer Students in the spring quarter.
