The Russell Kantor Scholarship Fund was created in 1988 to honor the memory of Russell Kantor, the son of Los Angeles Conservation Corps' Founder Mickey Kantor. The Kantor family hopes to encourage and support the Corps’ young people in their post-high school education and training so that they might find greater opportunities and realize the goals they developed in the Corps.
