Even the woman who takes care of everyone else deserves to be nourished. 💛
Happy Soulful Sunday from the SF Bay Area!
I’ve been quiet here lately, but my healing hands—and my kitchen—have been busy. I’m here supporting a client through a personalized Healing Reset Retreat. 🌿
These retreats create space to receive when you’re burned out, navigating ongoing healing projects, or simply tired of holding everything together.
In Jin Shin Jyutsu, we call the things we’re working on “projects.” I love that language. It leaves room for possibility, change, and completion—without making a condition our identity. ✨
You may know me for my healing hands, remote shamanic work, or astrology readings. But another one of my favorite ways to nurture people?
Cooking! 🥣💖
I LOVE preparing delicious, nutrient-dense food that makes eating well a pleasure.
This morning’s creation: a butternut squash quinoa bowl topped with coconut Greek yogurt and coconut chips. Breakfast doesn’t always have to be traditional!
My client’s words:
“That was the most nourishing, satisfying, healthy & delicious breakfast I have ever had. From the turmeric ginger tea, to the green juice, to the beet greens to THIS magnificent creation!!! (and yes you can quote me on this)!!!”
My heart. 💖
There’s something sacred about preparing food with love and watching someone settle into the simple pleasure of being cared for.
Healing hands. Nourishing meals. Space to rest and receive.
This Sunday, I’m grateful to bring so many parts of what I love to the same table.
