We hope everyone remembered to turn back the clocks last night (the analog ones anyways), and enjoyed the extra hour of sleep!! 😴

We have some exciting announcements that we’ll be rolling out over the next few weeks, so keep an eye on your socials. And don’t forget to enjoy the views around our beautiful neighborhood of Hermon. We may be small, but we think our little corner of LA is one of the best, especially this time of year!! 🍂 🤗

You may have heard that LA Rec & Parks wants to bring more pickleball courts to East LA, and Hermon Park may be one of the locations they add courts to! We know there's lots of opinions out there about this, so we highly encourage anyone who has an opinion to go to the LA Rec & Park Community Meeting on Wednesday April 2nd from 6:30 - 7:30 P.M.

As your neighborhood council, we're also curious what the community thinks. Tell us in the comments what side of the net you're on in regards to converting 1 of the tennis courts to 4 pickleball courts, and why!

As a neighborhood council we’re here for all who live and work in Hermon, and we hope all these members of our community and their loved ones are doing their best in these tough circumstances amidst the current wildfire disasters. Many of us joined the neighborhood council though because we love the city of Los Angeles, as we know so many of you do. We’ve gotten so many questions about how you can help, so we compiled this list of some of the many ways you can help. Find links in our bio and please let us know in the comments or DM us any support opportunities we missed and we’ll share as we’re able!

Stay safe all 🫶🏻
