Starting the new year with a clean slate!
Each year, the West Adams BID releases a Request for Proposals (RFP) and selects the most qualified, cost-effective contractor to help keep West Adams Boulevard clean and cared for. That includes street sweeping, bulky item pickup, trash can servicing, graffiti reporting, and more.
This year, we’re excited to welcome Allen Street Maintenance and Porter Service to the West Adams BID! 👋 It was great meeting the team in person and walking the corridor together today.
You may notice some full trash cans after the weekend, but don’t worry, they’ll be emptied and the street will be looking fresh starting tomorrow.
A friendly reminder: our clean team is here to support the district, but keeping West Adams looking its best is a shared effort. Please continue to clean in front of your storefronts and submit requests through for bulky item pickup or graffiti removal when needed.
The BID is funded by assessments from our property owners. The more we all do our part, the more the BID can invest other additional projects that improve the neighborhood for everyone.
Be sure to say hello to the Allen team when you see them, and welcome them to West Adams! Looking forward to a clean and vibrant 2026 together.
