INA Summer Institute—Day 1

Day 4 of the MMED Coach Institute! ⭐️ The learning continues across all regions—North, South, East, and West! Coaches engaged in a powerful “Give One, Get One” language exchange sharing what resonated most about transformational coaching. They also explored their school data and mapped out their upcoming PDSA cycles, ensuring intentional and impactful support for their sites.

Day 3 at the MMED Coach Institute!

We kicked off the day with powerful words from Dr. Karla Estrada, inspiring us to lead with purpose and impact. Coaches then engaged in a dynamic session on Transformational Coaching, led by Susanna Gutierrez from ETO, deepening their skills to support educators and students across our schools.

Together, we’re building capacity, fostering growth, and creating pathways for success!

Day 2 of the MMED Coach Summer Institute! Our coaches kicked off the day with a presentation from Summit K-12 and dove even deeper into the Elegance of 12, exploring powerful strategies to support multilingual learners.


Collaboration, innovation, and shared learning were at the heart of today’s sessions—and our coaches are ready to bring these tools back to their schools!

At Day 2 of the Multilingual Multicultural Instructional Institute, we celebrated the incredible dedication and legacy of our retiring EL Designees from LAUSD. These champions of multilingual and multicultural education have spent their careers uplifting students, empowering families, and mentoring colleagues across the district.

As they pass the torch, they shared heartfelt words of wisdom for the educators continuing this vital work.
