Important Dates

Hawkins will be on an altered bell schedule this week because of SAT testing on Wednesday. We will have early dismissal at 2:18pm on Wednesday and Friday.

I was one of the original design team members for the campus. Hawkins was founded on community collaboration and social justice so it was only fitting for us to seek official community school status in 2020. I was eager to become a Community School Coordinator because South Central is rich in history and talent despite being underserved by institutions. As a CSC, I get to help highlight the history and talent of the people in this community while also trying to provide resources and advocate for them.
