We're Hiring: Center for Equity for English Learners (CEEL) Director

The Center for Equity for English Learners (CEEL) and The School of Education at Loyola Marymount University are hiring an experienced practitioner, researcher and implementer focused on English and Multilingual Learners in PK–12 systems to serve as its next Director.

The Director will work closely with CEEL’s Executive Director and founder, providing strategic and operational leadership for the Center’s research, policy, and practice initiatives in California and nationwide.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $115,100–$155,400

Requirements: Doctorate in Education or equivalent experience; 10+ years supporting PK–12 multilingual learners; advanced knowledge of multilingual curriculum and instruction.
