Sonia Stanojevic (Karchikian), beloved wife, sister, and aunt, born on May 15th 1938, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2023, in San Pedro, CA, at the age of 85.
Sonia is survived by her loving husband, Nenad, her sister Silva, her brother Greg, her nephews Albert and Robert, and her niece Christina. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Nazeli Karchikian.
A ceremony to honor Sonia's life will be held on September 13th, 2023, at 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Hills Forest Lawn, located at the Old North Church. Family and friends are invited to gather and remember Sonia, sharing stories and memories of her remarkable life.

The Kessab Educational Association's youth organization and representatives paid a visit to the ARS Regional Headquarters on May 17, 2021 and met with the ARS Regional Executive Board to make a donation to the ARS "Children of Fallen Heroes" program in the amount of $5,000 with proceeds from KYO's "Dough for Peace" project.
