Fringe 2019 - Boxing Your Demons Is Surprisingly Intimate Boxing Your Demons, an experimental piece at Hollywood Fringe, eloquently blends movement and expression with complex ideas of ethical and psychological dilemmas.

From 2x winner of "Best of Fringe" comes Boxing Your Demons for the Hollywood Fringe Festival this June!

BOXING YOUR DEMONS is a new Larpen Lifestyle Solution created by Guy and Sheila Larpen that combines fitness, nutrition, spirituality, fitness, skincare, wellness, fitness, boxing, non-traditional traditional therapy, and other scientific methods, including fitness, to finally say BYE BYE to the cognitive dissonance and moral hypocrisy inherent to modern life in just 60 minutes! Cute fitness attire, a smartphone, and personal chakra crystals recommended

This intimate, participatory workshop involves movement and speech from the performers and requests some physical participation from the audience in turn. Some mobility to walk through the space, sit, and stand is required. Further participation and interaction is optional, though highly encouraged. The performance will be recorded.
