LAPD 77TH DIVISION CADETS

Today was medal pick up.🏅Congrats to 👏 , , & their parents for participating in our very first Virtual 5K! Thank you for your willingness to stay motivated. Continue to stay strong & help each other!

Our Jr. Cadets picked up their Green Project 🌱 starter pack: vegetable seeds, soil, & planting pots. Cpt Neal helped distribute these packs & We ❤️ LA masks. We appreciate the support provided by our OIC’s during these difficult times. Our programs are still holding strong.🙏🏽💚

Today we had a successful Zoom meeting with our Jr Cadets, Cadets, and parents. We look forward to all our upcoming projects: Virtual 5K and our Jr. Green Project. Stay tuned for all the fun, social-distant events our YSOs have planned.

‪Today, our Youth Service Officers held another 77th Street Jr Cadet Zoom meeting. Today’s meeting included a zoom workout. Until we can meet in person we will continue to utilize social media to stay engaged with the youth that we serve. ‬

Youth from South LA shared with the nation, the amazing work has provided. The therapy & counseling offered has helped them get through challenging events in their lives. We continue to foster this partnership in hopes to help many more South LA youth. @ LAPD 77th Street Community Police Station

Today was bitter sweet as we said, “good bye” to one of our Cadets. He will soon be leaving for bootcamp and serving our Country. Your dedication to the community and your Country is humbling. We wish you a safe trip and return. 🇺🇸💙 @ LAPD 77th Street Community Police Station

Tonight Officer Gutierrez is participating in a Zoom meeting with the parents of our Junior Cadets (8-12) and parents of our Cadets ages (13-17). We will continue our commitment to the youth and community that we serve through these unprecedented times.
