ACT-LA is a housing- and transit-focused coalition that is currently engaging Santa Monica residents — particularly those who live, work, or play in the Pico, Mid City and Ocean Park neighborhoods — to learn more about housing needs, directly from grassroots voices. As a coalition member, LA Forward Institute invites all of its Santa Monica-area community members to learn more about this body of work, and to participate and help others participate in this important study.

This morning, LA Forward members joined union workers and community groups to support Nithya Raman for Mayor! We’re excited about the growing coalition behind her. We believe in her vision for how the City and County can work together to tackle our biggest challenges — including housing, homelessness, and climate change. Together, we’ll make sure that LA City government truly delivers for all Angelenos.
