Last week, Crystal Stairs team members came together for our 2026 Resource Fair & Civic Sips event, a morning dedicated to wellness, employee resources, and civic engagement. ☕🗳️ 

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, staff wore pink while connecting with benefit providers and Crystal Stairs departments to learn about the resources available to support them both at work and beyond. Team members had the opportunity to speak with our Human Resources team about employee benefits and Open Enrollment, while our IT department shared valuable reminders and best practices for staying safe online during Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

Through Community Voices, staff also received a nonpartisan overview of what to expect on the November ballot and why staying informed is an important part of civic participation.

A special thank you to Kaiser, Gallagher, Cigna, and Unum for helping employees better understand their benefits and answer their questions. We also like to thank GoodHart Coffee for fueling meaningful conversations and a great start to the day for our team.

Together, we're empowering our workforce with the knowledge, resources, and information they need to make informed choices about their health, wellbeing, and community.
