APAL is a group at Occidental College for students that identify as Asian and/or Pacific Islander American. Our goal is to create a cohesive cultural community on campus and provide a safe space to discuss the unique issues of being Asian Pacific American in the United States. APAL also collaborates with other organizations on campus to create more inclusive and engaging spaces.

For API Heritage Month, we are planning our Night Market on November 17th, from 5-7 pm in the Academic Quad!!! We'll be selling pre-order tickets in the Quad, starting November 11th!!

It’ll be super informal tonight - we just wanna get to know you all! We know that the film, Resistance at Tule Lake, will be screened tonight at 6PM so y’all should come thru to APAL and eat some of the yummy snacks before you go!
