🎉 A huge milestone during CPR Awareness Week (June 1–7)! San Luis Ambulance just donated our 40th AED to El Camino Veterinary Hospital in Atascadero — marking the halfway point of our pledge to donate 80 AEDs to the SLO County community. 40 down, 40 to go! 💚
We are so grateful to every organization that has welcomed an AED and helped us build a more heart-safe community across SLO County. The best is still to come. 🫀

☀️ Summer Solstice: Reflect & Release

Join Taylor C**n on Saturday, June 20th for a special 75-minute practice honoring the transition into a new season.

Together we’ll create space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through journaling, intention setting, a heart-opening slow flow, grounding practices, and a cozy Savasana. After class, stay for herbal tea and connection in community.

As the longest day of the year invites us into a season of growth and possibility, we’ll take time to release what no longer serves us and welcome what we’d like to cultivate this summer.
