Meet Anna!

Since February 2024, Anna has been a valued part of the dining team at Trilogy Health Services’ Forest Springs campus. She resets the dining room between meals, serves food, offers drinks and refills, busses tables, and keeps everything stocked, from rolled silverware and folded napkins to sugar and salt.

Ask Anna her favorite part of the job and she’ll tell you it’s the residents she serves. She loves visiting with them, hearing stories of times past, and being of help. She’s built a great relationship with her new boss, John, and enjoys showing new hires the ropes in the dining room. John says he can always count on Anna, and that she’ll do anything to help her coworkers. 💙

All October, we’re celebrating our Career Solutions team and the success stories they help make possible during National Disability Employment Awareness Month.

Meet Bridget!

Since January 2025, Bridget has been a valued part of the team at Goodwill in La Grange. She removes unsold clothing from hangers and sorts it into bins for redistribution, so donated items keep finding new homes.

From day one, her coworkers Monica and Teresa have been by her side as mentors and natural supports. Ask Bridget her favorite part of the job and she’ll tell you it’s her teammates. She feels included and cared for every day she walks in. 🥰
