For friends of the library, it is impossible to imagine this place without John and Martha. Together they have provided over 60 years of dedicated service to our community. They are the last library staff members who worked in Bellarmine’s library when it was in Horrigan Hall. They helped move the library into the W.L. Lyons Brown Library building when it opened in 1997. Throughout this time, they have consistently supported our students, faculty and staff with their information needs from card catalogs and paper indexes to the internet and AI. Their contributions have shaped not only our collections and services but also the Bellarmine experience of numerous students and colleagues. Friday, May 29, is their final day at Bellarmine before they turn the page into their next chapter. Stop by and wish them well!
