📢 FB, today was an AMAZING day for so many reasons ‼️

⭕️ It was a significant day where years of hard work, organizing, and community building came full circle.

📌Louisville’s 1st Community Land Trust, the Smoketown Community Land Trust sold its very 1st of many lasting affordable 🏡 today to an amazing homebuyer. 🔑

🏘️ River City Housing is grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Smoketown Community to help facilitate the creation of the Smoketown Community Land Trust, to help secure funding for the SCLT, and to be their 1st development partner to build the first 15 homes.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 But this entire process has been a group effort and we want to give credit where credit is due. So many people helped bring this all to fruition, so a huge thank you to all of our partners: Nachand Hyde Trabue, Jason Webb, Grounded Solutions Network, Kevin Dunlap, Jeana E.
