HISTORY:
Lowell Elementary School is located along the Arkansas Missouri Railroad Line, the Trail of Tears, and the Butterfield Coach Route. As a Lowell Elementary alumnus and a Rogers High School graduate, former State Representative, David Matthews said, "All of us who had the opportunity to learn, play and grow at Lowell School have been blessed. I have had the pleasure of growing up in the community and experiencing Lowell Elementary School as a student, and now my children have made their way through the halls as well." In the fall of 2004 the Rogers School District opened its newest elementary school just across 71B (Bloomington) in Lowell. It was proudly named after Elza Tucker, who attended Lowell Elementary School in the 1920's. SCHOOL SONG:
Onward Lowell Indians,
Red and white our colors be. Forward to learn again,
Education that's for me. Proud of our heritage,
A Brighter future now I see. Onward Lowell Indians,
We're marching on to victory!

💙🖤💚❤️ HOUSE DAY FUN!! ❤️💚🖤💙

We welcomed new members into our Altruismo 🖤and Amistad ❤️houses today!

Our Braves also gathered for house meetings, where house leaders led everyone in exciting chants, cheers, and games! We celebrated top point earners too! The fun didn’t stop there—we even had time to connect with and get to know teammates we may not have met before!

Building friendships, growing together, and strengthening our house pride! ❤️💙💚🖤

🏃‍♀️❤️🏃‍♂️ That’s a wrap on Lowell XC season!

Today was the final race of the season, and we couldn’t be prouder of all our Brave runners! They showed up, gave their perfect effort, and represented Lowell so well! ❤️🤍

A HUGE thank-you to our amazing parents for supporting your runners, our dedicated parent volunteers who showed up bright and early for Run Club each morning, and our Lowell staff who came out to cheer on our runners! Your support, encouragement, and time helped make this season so special. 🥹👏

It takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours! Way to go, Braves! We can’t wait to see you keep running, growing, and achieving great things! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️❤️

🔦📚 It’s Flashlight Friday in First Grade! 📚🔦

Today, we’re making reading fluency a little more FUN with Flashlight Friday! Our students are using flashlights to practice reading fluently while building their confidence, accuracy, and reading speed!

A HUGE thank you to one of our wonderful classroom parents for donating a class set of one-minute sand timers! ⏳ Students can now time themselves as they read, see how much they can read in one minute, and work toward improving their personal best!

We love finding creative ways to make learning engaging and meaningful! Flashlight Friday is just one of the many fun ways we practice reading fluency in our classroom! 💡📖

Little readers, BIG progress! ❤️
