Ballot language can be complicated. Let’s break it down.

These graphics explain Question #3 on the November 3 ballot in plain language—from funding purposes to maximum limits.

Tri-Creek is committed to budgeting for actual needs and REDUCING the referendum rate each year if the district receives additional, unforeseen revenue. The proposed referendum rate for 2027 is budgeted to be 10.5 cents, as the district does not need the authorized 17.38 cents.

Alumni Feature Friday- Timmy Hofmann, Class of 2021

Hard work, perseverance, and Red Devil pride!

After graduating from Lowell High School, Timmy gained experience in fabrication shops and earned certifications in MIG and stick welding. Even through the heartbreaking loss of his father, he continued working toward his goals.

Today, Timmy is an apprentice with Boilermakers Local 374, continuing to earn certifications and build his career. He credits the foundation he built at Lowell and looks forward to learning and growing.

We’re proud of you, Timmy, and look forward to seeing where your dedication takes you!

Once a Red Devil, always a Red Devil.

The below School Safety message was shared with all Tri-Creek families this morning:

At approximately 8:40 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, a fifth-grade student reported to school administration hearsay of a potential bomb in the building. Upon receipt of the report, the intermediate and middle school campus was evacuated, and law enforcement was notified and brought to the scene. The investigation concluded that the initial report was substantially flawed in its validity and there was indeed no threat or bomb in the building. Students and staff were then notified to re-enter the building and resume the normal schedule.

This morning's situation is an indicator that Tri-Creek Schools takes all potential threats to the safety of our staff and students seriously. At the same time, students must be aware of the impact of their words regarding potential threats. It is important that students know that any comments made that jeopardize the safety of our schools will not be taken lightly.

Thank you to law enforcement officials for assisting with this morning’s situation. As always, if you See Something, Say Something.

🎃 TRACK-OR-TREAT IS AROUND THE CORNER!

The Lowell High School Letterman's Club is proud to announce the return of a community favorite, with some exciting additions this year!

📅 Wednesday, October 28
⏰ 6:30–8:00 PM
📍 Lowell High School | Main Gym & Field House
🎟️ NEW THIS YEAR: FREE ADMISSION!

One of the best parts of Track-or-Treat is the opportunity to connect our youngest Red Devils with our high school student-athletes. We want our future Red Devils to get to know our teams, experience the different sports we offer, and see the opportunities waiting for them as they grow through Lowell Athletics.

We're bringing back games and activities! Our student-athletes will host activities throughout the Main Gym and Field House, giving our future Red Devils the chance to interact with our teams, explore different sports, and begin building their own connection to Lowell Athletics.

While admission is now completely FREE, donations are welcome and will support future L-Club community service initiatives benefiting Special Olympics and other meaningful community causes.

We look forward to continuing this special Lowell tradition with our community!
