Apple Blossom Avenue is one of the corridors we’re planning ahead for as Lowell continues to grow.

The proposed improvements would widen Apple Blossom from Goad Springs Road to Highway 265 into a four-lane boulevard, add intersection upgrades, and create two 10-foot side paths for pedestrians and cyclists.

The project would also connect directly to the Razorback Greenway, giving residents another link to one of Northwest Arkansas’ most important regional trail systems.

Right now, the project is in the survey and design phase.

I have always believed that actions speak louder than words.

As Mayor, I’ve focused on doing the work and delivering results for Lowell.

During my time in office, we have directed more than $24 million toward repairing and building roads, expanded Lowell’s sewer capacity, welcomed 238 new businesses, strengthened public safety, invested in new playgrounds and splash pads, fully funded our rainy-day reserves, and worked to modernize city services.

Early voting is your opportunity to make your voice heard. I’d be honored to earn your vote and continue building on the progress we’ve made together.

Get out and vote early!

Thank you to all who came out to support and visit with neighbors at the Meet and Greet on Saturday!
I feel very encouraged by the turn out and the good conversation.
It takes all of us to make Lowell the best place to live in NWA!

It was great meeting with Lowell residents last Thursday night and hearing directly from them about the issues that matter most to our community.

Throughout my time as Mayor, my focus has been on serving the people of Lowell, listening to their concerns, and working to make our city a place residents are proud to call home.

Thank you to everyone who came out and shared their thoughts. Conversations like these are an important part of moving Lowell forward.

The Highway 71B and Monroe Avenue intersection is getting a major upgrade designed to improve traffic flow and functionality as our city grows.

This project will widen the eastern approach to five lanes, add turning space for trucks, upgrade the traffic signal system, and add pedestrian crossings in every direction.

It’s also a smart use of outside funding. 80% of the project is being paid for through a federal Surface Transportation Block Grant, with the City of Lowell providing the remaining 20%.

Public bidding is underway, with construction planned for fall/winter 2026.

I know this project is important to our community and I am working to ensure it is done well.

Getting things done means tackling the intersections that need attention.

The Highway 264 and Bellview/Spring Creek Project is replacing a high-risk intersection with a modern roundabout designed to improve safety, reduce congestion, and keep traffic moving more efficiently.

We’re also adding drainage improvements, better lighting and signage, sidewalks, and crosswalks to make this area safer and more accessible for everyone.

Safer roads. Better traffic flow. Real results for Lowell.
