Bridges Out of Poverty is a framework that helps individuals, organizations, and communities better understand the challenges associated with poverty and how economic circumstances can shape people’s experiences and opportunities. Through education, collaboration, and relationship-building, this work helps break down barriers, reduce stigma, and create pathways toward greater stability and success.

It’s wonderful to see Stephanie and others sharing their Bridges Out of Poverty work on a national stage! 👏 We are grateful for the time, energy, and heart she puts into this important work and are proud to have her representing our community.

🦷✨ October is National Dental Hygiene Month! ✨🦷

Your smile deserves some attention! Good oral health is an important part of your overall health, and taking care of your teeth and gums can help prevent pain, infection, and other health problems.

🪥 Keep your smile healthy by:

• Brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste

• Flossing daily

• Visiting your dentist regularly

• Drinking plenty of water and limiting sugary drinks and snacks

• Replacing your toothbrush every 3–4 months or when the bristles become worn

And remember—it’s never too early or too late to start taking better care of your oral health! 💙
